Hi, I'm Theresa.

Before launching My Velveteen Habit, I spent years designing sportswear for large fashion labels — and somewhere along the way, I got tired of boring leggings.

I wanted to create something different. A yoga and activewear line that actually celebrated women — their individuality, their energy, their boldness. A brand where the prints were funky, artistic, and fun, and where sustainability wasn't an afterthought but a core part of the vision.

So I ventured out on my own, and My Velveteen Habit was born.
